We are seeking an exceptional, compassionate, and reliable Dental Hygienist to join our practice on a permanent part-time basis. This role offers the flexibility to select two workdays per week based on your availability, with typical office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Description Perform thorough dental prophylaxis (cleanings) with 1-hour appointment slots.
Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures with 1.5-hour appointments for 2 quadrants.
Utilize ultrasonic scalers and manual instruments to deliver effective periodontal therapy.
Take and interpret digital radiographs using Dexis technology.
Document patient treatment and maintain accurate records using Dentrix software.
Provide compassionate patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Collaborate closely with the dentist and office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Maintain infection control and safety protocols in all clinical procedures.

Requirements Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
Strong verbal communication skills and compassionate patient care approach.
Proficiency with ultrasonic scalers and digital radiography (Dexis preferred).
Experience with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software.
Reliable, punctual, and a dedicated team player.
Experience in a general dental practice setting.
Ability to manage full prophylaxis and SRP appointments efficiently.
