RJ Roberts & Company is a growing apparel and promotional products company specializing in branded apparel, embroidery, screen printing, DTF, and custom decoration. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our production team. Job Summary The Embroidery Operator is responsible for operating commercial embroidery equipment and producing high-quality embroidered apparel and promotional products according to customer specifications and production schedules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate commercial embroidery machines safely and efficiently. Set up machines and prepare garments and products for embroidery. Properly hoop and position garments for accurate embroidery placement. Load embroidery designs and make basic machine adjustments. Monitor embroidery machines throughout production. Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and proper placement. Trim excess thread and complete basic finishing work. Identify and report production or equipment issues to the supervisor. Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of embroidery equipment. Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures. Work with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous embroidery or apparel production experience preferred. Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fastpaced production environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move production materials as needed. Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
