Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking dedicated Night Shift Production Helpers to join their team. As a Night Shift Production Helper, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Night Shift Production Helpers

Location: Fulton, MO

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Shift: Night Shift 

What's the Job?

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Assist with truck loading to support production flow
• Help on the production line to ensure smooth operations
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Support team members in daily tasks and responsibilities

What's Needed?

• Preferred but not required construction experience or experience working in an outdoors environment.
• Must be willing to stand for long period of times, working in a dusty/dirty environment, lift up to 50lbs, load trucks, operate equipment, general maintenance on equiptment.
• Ability to work night shifts consistently and ability to TRAIN on 1st shift
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
